VISITING OUR OFFICE

We respect your time and diligently work to stay on schedule.  This is to minimize your time in the waiting area.  Due to the fact that ROMS provides many types of oral surgery services, some circumstances may lengthen the time allotted for a procedure. Emergency cases may also arise and cause delays.

Due to the fact that we see most of our patients on an appointment basis, we ask that you respect your appointment time so that patients scheduled after you can be seen on time.  If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment may have to be re-scheduled to minimize inconvenience to other patients.

You will likely receive a call from our office a day or two prior to your appointment to confirm it.  If we are unable to reach you in a timely fashion your appointment might be given to another patient who needs to be seen. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you the same day. We appreciate your understanding, patience and compliance with our policies.
